It's been a year. Maybe more.
And still...the weight of your grief
crushes you in quiet moments.
You're raising kids alone
You're exhausted
You're ashamed of how stuck you feel
You're afraid of failing at everything
Even surrounded by people, you feel completely alone
Daily life feels impossible — It's hard to wake up. Hard to sleep. Hard to carry the kids, keep the house, eat the meal, be "okay."
You're carrying sacred loss — This isn't just sorrow. It's love and life torn apart, and it demands deep companionship, not quick fixes.
Even the safest places feel fragile — That diary, that routine, that quiet car ride where you can't swallow the tears - nothing feels steady anymore.

It's exhausting in ways you can't explain.
People stop checking in long before your heart is healed.
Friends mean well, but most don't really understand.
The world keeps moving, and you feel left behind.
Some days, even prayer feels impossible.
Ordinary tasks — cooking, laundry, school drop-off — feel like climbing a mountain.
You're carrying your children's grief on top of your own, and it's crushing.
When you finally speak the truth about how heavy this is, you can stop pretending you're okay and start getting the kind of support your heart actually needs — steady presence, spiritual grounding, and someone who will walk with you, step by step.
Nothing compares to it.
Speak honestly in a safe space without judgment.
Receive spiritual support when you can't find the words.
Be seen in the weight you carry — and helped to hold it.
Find gentle companionship as you begin to imagine a future you didn't think was possible.

Twenty-one years into marriage, I thought I knew the shape of my life. Then, while raising our eight children, I was suddenly widowed. In a moment, I was caring for my children in their grief, making every family decision alone, navigating single parenthood, and facing an identity I never expected. The years that followed were a tender mix of heartache and grace—learning to trust God in the unknown, to rebuild our family's stability, and to discover my own resilience.
That journey gave me a deep understanding of the human person—body, mind, and spirit—and of God's healing work in even the most broken places. It also strengthened my conviction that pain and loss are not the end of the story, but can be the very place where God begins something new.
Today, as the founder of Mosaic Mentorship and a certified mentor with the CatholicPsych Institute, I walk alongside others through seasons of loss, transition, and growth. I offer compassionate guidance, deep listening, and practical tools that foster peace, resilience, and renewed hope—helping you see the beauty in your own broken pieces, and through healing, uncover the masterpiece God intended.

Through my own experience and through walking alongside widowed mothers in their rawest seasons of grief, I've learned what truly helps...and what only adds to the burden.
I've poured that hard-earned wisdom, my training in both mental health and spiritual accompaniment, and my steady daily presence into a one-on-one mentorship designed to give you the grounding, space, and faithful companionship you need to begin imagining a life beyond survival.
Grief isn't something you "get over."
It rewires your days, your reality, and even your faith.
Most widows are left trying to survive with piecemeal support — a grief group here, a therapy session there —
but nothing that meets both the depth of your soul and the daily ache of your heart.
That's where this mentorship begins.
'Til Death Do Us Part: Left Behind But Never Alone is a mentorship program designed for widowed mothers grieving deeply, who long for presence that is both spiritual and practical.
This isn't therapy. It isn't cheerleading.
It's accompaniment rooted in both faith and science — grounded in Catholic tradition, informed by psychological insight — that honors the sacredness of your grief while helping you carry it in real time.
Through daily voice messaging, whole-person care, and The Phoenix Path framework of Faith, Grace, Courage, and Love, you receive more than advice — you receive a companion who sees your whole person: body, mind, and soul.
With this integration of faith and science, you're no longer left to choose between emotional healing and spiritual growth. Here, they belong together.
The transformation isn't about "moving on."
It's about rising, one step at a time,
with someone by your side.

Because you're more than symptoms — you're a soul, a mind, and a body, combined.
This includes:
Accompaniment rooted in both faith and science
Psychological insight woven with Catholic spirituality
A safe space to be honest — raw, messy, real
Support that doesn't split your faith from your healing
This mentorship isn't therapy, cheerleading, or "just pray harder." It's accompaniment rooted in both faith and science — grounded in authentic Catholic spirituality and informed by psychological insight. Together, we hold the ache of grief while fostering resilience in mind, body, and soul.
#3
Because healing isn't about "getting over it" — it's about rising, one step at a time.
This includes:
Step 1: Ashes of Grief — finding faith in devastation
Step 2: Embers of Hope — embracing grace without shame
Step 3: Flames of Strength — choosing courage in small steps
Step 4: Rising in Wholeness — reclaiming love, joy, and identity
You'll walk a clear yet compassionate journey through grief — moving from the ashes of loss toward embers of hope, quiet courage, and wholeness rooted in love. The Phoenix Path framework ensures you're not just surviving, but slowly rising with dignity and faith.
Rising with Faith, Grace, Courage & Love After Loss
This mentorship isn't about fixing you. It's about walking with you as you rise again, step by step, through grief's fire. The Phoenix Path is a four-part journey that honors the ashes and helps you find meaning in what remains:
1. Ashes of Grief — Faith
Meet devastation with no shame and no platitudes. Know this: God has not abandoned you.
2. Embers of Hope — Grace
Release the "shoulds" and timelines. Embrace the truth that grief looks messy — and that's okay.
3. Flames of Strength — Courage
Take gentle, meaningful steps forward. Courage isn't loud — it's steady, supported movement.
4. Rising in Wholeness — Love
Reclaim your identity, self-worth, and joy. Learn how to hold grief and beauty together in your life.
This isn't theory. It's a lived framework that turns despair into steady, sacred healing.
No — this is something deeper, more integrated, and more personal.
This mentorship follows the model of Integrated Daily Dialogic Mentorship (IDDM) developed by The CatholicPsych Institute, where I'm a Certified Partner Mentor.
This model takes the psychological evidence that science has to offer, and unleashes its full potential within a Christian context of accompaniment — grounded in a fully Catholic blueprint of the human person.
Unlike traditional therapy that often focuses only on behavior or mindset, this is about walking with you in daily life, spiritually and emotionally.
It's not clinical. It's relational.
It's not detached. It's human, holy, and present.
If needed, you can still work with a licensed therapist separately. But for daily spiritual and emotional support, this mentorship provides what most clinical models can't: true Catholic accompaniment.
No. This mentorship is rooted in Catholic tradition, but it is open to ALL women who want spiritually grounded support through grief. If you're longing for faith-filled accompaniment — no matter your denomination — you're welcome here.
All grief is welcome here. If it's been a year or more and you still feel waves of pain, spiritual loneliness, exhaustion, or shame — this space is designed for your exact needs.
Good. There's no push to "get past" your grief. We're focused on carrying it — with grace, faith, and love.
Every journey through grief is unique. A free call is the easiest way to explore whether this mentorship is what your heart needs. Just click below — let's talk it through and you can discern if this is the support you've been looking for.
You're not broken. You're grieving.
And you deserve care that sees your pain and honors it.
You were never meant to carry this alone - and you don't have to anymore
